Mode of Delivery
The translation of a court judgment, a birth or marriage certificate or a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) certificate is an important document, which contains personal and sensitive information. For this reason we place great importance on using appropriate packaging for the transportation of the document, and take the confidentiality of the text which is to be translated very seriously.
We always offer you convenient and simple delivery through email. When delivering via email we take extreme care to ensure the highest possible level of security for your data. We protect your data with an individual password, which we communicate to you through an independent channel.
Delivery via Regular Mail or Express Delivery
On completion of your translation we will send your translated documents (stamped, where required), in a sturdy, cardboard envelope, ensuring that you receive your translation without any creases.
Signed for Delivery
With this delivery method the printed (and stamped, where requested) documents will be sent in a sturdy cardboard envelope. When the postman hands you your translation you confirm receipt with a signature. The biggest advantage of signed for delivery is that the delivery process can be traced throughout, using the Deutsche Post website (the website of the German postal service).
Personal Collection
As many customers prefer to collect their translations in person we are happy to be able to offer you the option of collecting your translation personally from our office in Frankfurt. You receive the printed (and where appropriate, stamped) documents, presented in a protective sleeve. We are always happy to have personal contact with our clients, and seek to continually improve our products and services through customer feedback.

- Email & Mail + Signed: 2.50 € (incl. 19% VAT)
- Email & Express Mail within Germany: 14.90 € (incl. 19% VAT)

Delivery Times
You’d almost certainly like to receive your completed translation on time, handed over ready for when you need it. You can count on tranet to deliver. Perhaps you have a last minute appointment with your solicitor regarding the purchase of a property in Mallorca, or you need to present your certified certificates to your University, or maybe you’ve only just got enough time before your appointment at the registry office, and have to provide a certified copy of your divorce certificate. Tranet helps you meet your deadlines. At tranet, making sure you get your translations on time represents an important element in delivering high quality.
Depending on how much time and budget you allocate us with we have various solutions on offer, ensuring you get your translation when you need it.
Delivery in over four working days 1
If you are able to give us more than four working days to complete your translation all of our delivery options are still open to you. The typical processing time is then around one week. You are however guaranteed to receive your translated and certified deeds, certificates or documents within three weeks of placing your order.

Delivery within four working days 1
If you place your order before 5:00 pm Central European Time (CET) we can deliver your certified translation by 6:00 pm (CET) on the fourth working day after the order date. We will send your document by email, which is quick, convenient and if you prefer also encrypted- keeping your translation safe from potential prying eyes. You’ll receive your document as soon as it has been completed, proof read and corrected, which in some cases is well in advance of the agreed deadline. If you order on Monday at 4:00 pm, the translation will be delivered via email by 6:0 pm on Friday, if you order on Friday at 7:00 pm, the email will be sent by 6:00 pm the latest by the following Thursday. In addition you can opt to then receive the translation of your deeds, certificates or documents by post or you can make an appointment and come to our office in Frankfurt to take delivery of it in person. This way the timely receipt of your translated document is completely in your hands!

Delivery within two working days 1
If you place your order before 5:00 pm Central European Time (CET) we can deliver your certified translation by 6:00 pm (CET) the day after next working day. We will send your document by email, which is quick, convenient and if you prefer also encrypted- keeping your translation safe from potential prying eyes. You’ll receive your document as soon as it has been completed, proof read and corrected, which in some cases is well in advance of the agreed deadline. In addition you can opt to then receive the translation of your deeds, certificates or documents by post or you can make an appointment and come to our office in Frankfurt to take delivery of it in person. This way the timely receipt of your translated document is completely in your hands!

Cost
- Standard: No surcharge for the completion of non-urgent translations (typical delivery time of 1 week)
- Fast: 10% surcharge for delivery within 4 working days 1
- Very fast: 30% surcharge for delivery within 2 working days 1

Payment options
You can pay for your certified translation using one of the following services – all of which are free of charge for you as a customer:
Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and process the payment via Stripe. There are no extra costs for you as a customer.
Paypal
If you already have a PayPal account, you can pay your order at no extra charge.
Direct Bank Transfer
Once you have placed your order, transfer the amount to our account at

Cash on Pick-up
If you pick up your order personally at our premises in Frankfurt-Heddernheim, you are welcome to pay in cash when you pick it up.
